The Prizant Group was founded in 2012 for the purpose of providing small ERISA Plan Sector (1-1,000) employees with independent, unbiased, consulting expertise that is compensated through a "Flat Fixed Fee."
Advise to the "Micro" Retirement Plans (<$25M) was/is dominated by insurance local TPAs, Investment Brokers who are paid a commission or asset management fee (AMC). We see this as an inherent "Conflict of Interest" as the advisor sole focus is to create as much personal income as possible with little regard to the success of the plan and its participants. Meanwhile, the true consulting practices continue to ignore this niche market in favor of larger asset/employee count retirement plans.
Our approach is to guide our plan sponsors through a thorough analysis of their plans. The main questions we need answers for are:
